Wasn’t able to complete account registration

I keep using virtual assistant to register My Telus account but I didn’t receive any verification code in email or phone.

I only received an email asking me to fill in my phone number to complete account registration but it has never been successful

Thank you this was resolved after I went to the store and getting help from stuff
