Appear to be Double billing
The odd part is that my automatic payment is sometimes not debited on the 25th and stays until the next month. This has been messing me up because the account that these payments come out of is also shared with other billing accounts, and it is quite possible for that account to have no money in the new month. But it gets worse; the billing system charges me twice for internet in the month. Or at least that is the appearance on the bank statement, but in reality their system seems unable to consistently bill for services used in the current month. Can these issues be fixed? Can I move the billing date to be more mid-month?
