I am a telus home internet and security customer since Nov 2021. In June/July 2022 optic fibre was damaged they sent multiple techs out and told me sorry we cant do anything as its a third party that fixes it . They came in August 2022 i did the consent form and they told me 3-4 weeks for city permit in order to fix it. After a month i reach out to them for update they tell me telus will contact me. From July 2022 to this Telus has never tried to reach me to give me an update.
During earlier telus tech visits i was told i will not be billed as i have no internet and as a result home security was not working either.
Early 2023 i receive an email that my account will be sent to collections because account is overdue even though i was told i will not be charged and they will take care of it on their end.
I contact telus early 2023 they tell me same thing no worries we can see comments that you have no service we will not send it to collections.
Now its sent to collections and i only know because i got a letter and saw it on Credit Karma.
Called telus told me cant do anything contact collections they will contact telus. Called them they said can't do anything telus has to give you a refrence number and when i called them they said they cant give me anything no notes, no transcript nothing.
Just going in circles it has caused me so much mental stress .Very Frustrated .
