Hi,
I was a Koodo customer and had Streaming + Basic with that account. Then last month I switched to Telus Mobility and got a new phone. I then went with Telus's Streaming + Premium. I was able to activate Disney+ and Netfix (this one was new to me though). But I cannot activate Amazon Prime and the Telus TV is still set up from the Koodo setup.
This is the message I get when I try to activate Amazon Prime. So right now I think I am on my own Prime membership from when I had it before I started the Koodo streaming+. At that time when I activated the Koodo's Amazon Prime I had a message stating that my Prime membership I had would pause until I cancel the Koodo's membership. But this time with Telus Amazon Prime, I do not get that message, I get the message below.
The Koodo membership was finished on Feb. 27 and I still cannot activate Prime.
Anyone have an idea as to how to activate this? I have Amazon Prime membership until the end of April and then I need to renew it. So if I pause it manually, it will not pause until the end of April.
