My Telus login issues

Anybody having issues logging into the My Telus iOS app?

 

Seems it logged me out automatically and now can’t log back in. I am logged into Telus TV+ without issues, same username and password. 

Well, it’s been 3 months since I had a Telus issue which is the longest I’ve experienced. 🙄

Hi @stevendrowe There is currently an issue with the My Telus app.  Our team is looking into it to solve the issue as we speak.

Thanks for letting me know. Appreciated. I will try again in a couple of days.

I noticed that the MyTelus iOS app has just been updated and in this new version, I can successfully log in.
