Keeping Appointments

Just Moved In

Does anybody else have the problem of TELUS keeping their appointments straight? This is the 2nd time now i had to call 3 times to have an appointment to make sure my appointment is when they say ( Which is always a day later due to other customers booking appointments in my pretend time slot) ie: was told on the phone my appointment is friday between 5-7pm, got texted the appointment is wednesday between 5-7pm, then the tech calls me wondering where i am for my wednesday 9-11am appointment.


And why is it Telus only hand out customer service feedback forms when they think they have a happy customer?



Hi JonnyA, I can't say that I've had that issue. They've been usually good at staying within their window, and in some instances a text message was even sent out the day of to remind me of the appointment. Maybe give them a call so that they can look into what happened...
