Why no one showed up for security appointment.
Why did no technician show up for home security appointment, then on phone for 26 min and still no answer on hold. This is the worst service I have ever had from anybody. Does Telus not care about their customers after they sign up for something?

I know exactly how you feel. I am in the same situation today. I've been waiting four days for a technician to show up.
