The manage appointments page has the option to reschedule but no option to cancel.

Spent 20 minutes of my not part of a billion dollar company that pays me for my precious time going in circles trying to cancel an appointment. Went to the profile and went through the whole reschedule option with no option to cancel. Then spent ten minutes trying to find a general email to let you know but because this issue has no pigeon hole could not find a way to contact you which makes as much sense as checking online for internet issues. Your company's jackassery has brought me here and to this statement: My time on this issue is done! As far as I am concerned the appointment at 8-9 am @4118 Dawson on April 23rd is cancelled. I have done my due diligence.
