Updated my telus services on November 3rd, had to call back two more times as I was being charged DOUBLE the amount. NOW I look at my new contract and I am being charged for SmartWear - I did not ask for this and I do NOT want this. I am tired of speaking to 'loyalty'. Anyone else having major issues with customer service?
