For a month or so now, I cannot manage my channels using a Web Browser. I've tried using Chrome, Safari (both on MacOS) and MS Edge (Windows/Parallels on MacOS). All produce the same error - "Something went wrong", no additional information.

Did you, by chance, just sign up for or change your service?

I did add a channel using the MyTelus App, but this problem started well before that. In fact, I only used the app because of this problem. There were no other changes to my service.

Can you try again from incognito/private browsing mode to see if the issue persists?

I have the same problem and using incognito does not help. Also fails on the My Telus app.

Private browsing on Safari does exactly the same thing.

@Fredp @Kent2 There's likely a backend issue that requires tickets to be logged for your profiles. We can't do it over community but if you reach out to our tech support team, they can support this.
