Cancelling Services and Calls Transferred

I have been trying to cancel my pik tv and security camera as the promotions on these products ran out and my monthly bill jumped 50%.  

 

I called Telus, after getting no where with the automated helper I asked to be connected to an agent.  I was prompted for a call back.  After 30 min I received a call back, the agent said they couldn't help me cancel services and I would have to be transferred to the cancelation department.  20 min of waiting and I get connected to the cancelation department, the agent puts me on hold for 5 min and then tells me they can't help me cancel these services and they need to transfer me to another team.  I was left on hold for an hour and a half and no one connected.  How can I make any kind of modifications to my services if I can't actually talk to any agents that can make modificaitons.  How is it acceptable to waste hours of our time just trying to get services updated.  The loops that we're made to jump through are a joke.  I want someone to contact me with a solution.
