Getting frustrated more & more with TELUS. Paid my Home Services Security bill online. After hitting the submit button, I got some kind of message, where I usually get a confirmation number, saying that sorry, we couldn't process your payment but don't worry because we haven't charged you. Please try again. I was just about to put it through again when I decided to check my credit card account and see that there is a pending transaction for the charge. What gives? I can see this turning into a nightmare.
