You can add Device Care Complete when purchasing your new device online, by dialing *611 from your TELUS device, in-store, or through your My TELUS account within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • After over 3 hours of being told to call a different department and people having no idea of why I've concluded that I pay 15$ a month for a device coverage that is now trying to bill me 100$ for a repair deductible that costs less than 50$ for the repair. Not one person could answer a single question in my 3 hours of being passed around and not once was able to talk to a supervisor like requested before being on hold for 17 minutes and 35 seconds to be just looped back to the same team I started with. Telus customer service has been getting worse and worse. I will be going with a different provider and cancelling all of my Telus accounts and all my wife's.
