What error do you get when you try to login?
How long have you have your 'My Account' set up? I believe you need to do this through your computer first.
Are you using the most recent version of the App? I have v4.3.5 (138) on my iPhone.
Would either of these work?
A Kobo is a reader, isn't it? Other than e-books, and other reading material, to my knowledge it does not run Apps. You would need to use an Apple or Android tablet device.
My Kobo is a tablet and I have many apps on it BUT the ONLY Telus apps either Google or Apple stores show are the ones for a mobile phone. Every one I've tried says "not for this device". Want to be able to check my account, my mail etc. Looks like I may have to continue typing in the address each time unless you can help ..?
I knew I had an older tablet, but seems it's due for a replacement. Fortunately, it's mainly used as an ereader, so guess I'll just tough it out ! Thanks anyway for trying to help and all the advice. Will file it away if I ever get a new one.
That is an ancient version of android. (Almost 5 years) The My Account app needs Android 5.0 or newer and is only available for Android via Google Play.
My LG G Pad IV is running Android 7.0 (never updates, because it's LG in Canada and so has zero support) and the Telus app isn't compatible. The incompatibility has to do with screen resolution. This can be worked around with some apps, but not all. A lot of apps don't work on this tablet no matter what; Amazon, for instance. It's a fabulous tablet for work -- word and accounting apps work great -- but not for play.
