how do you check voicemail?

i cant figure out how to check voice mail. help

Depends on the phone.  On the Q10, I need to call myself.

You can check your voicemail by pressing and holding '1' on the keypad of your device from the calling screen or you can dial '1' and then your 10 digit phone number from the phone itself.
