Not happy here as we went through the chat and they said they could not help business customers that are hearing impaired.
so what is with that ? No help with Chat or Text need to talk and Hear the person on the other end not possible for me.
Should we not all be treated as equals ,do deaf ppl own a business ? If yes then this communication co (telus) should find a way .
Why do I pay as a business account if I can not access there help line in a way that I can communicate with them.
Small business my last bill was over 200.00 and if a problem as has just occurred and still no fix will they give a refund for service not rendered ?
Cancellation is 1 option but as a shareholder should support my co should I not ? Hope to get reply on this at least from telus.very frustrated tonight problem still not solved ,problem was just to connect another telus cell phone to my home WI fi ,a new nokia with win8 and it will not accept the password ,all other laptops are OK as well as a cell phone ,anderoid moterola works just find but asks for encryption key not password ,so now nokia can not update no data connection just used for text for office to other Mobil in field that I use .
