Has anyone been able to get in touch with the webstore supervisor or manager.
Ordering off the webstore has been the biggest hassle ever. there are problems with all aspects of my account. the mobile plan, the amount i pay monthly for the device, the monthly credit amount. All are different from the amount on the recipt i was emailed when i signed up and no one seems to be able to fix it.
I keep getting passed around, I've tried emailing the webstore but we are 8 days into the 2-3 business day response time
Does anyone have a good method to fix these issues?
