Webstore order support
Placed an order for two new iPhone 16 Pro's to open a new account with Telus to come over from another mobile company. Received an alert from Telus that further information is required to complete the order. Have tried phoning many times to either be disconnected because the line is "busy", or placed on hold for way too long. Now currently have been on hold for 2+ hours. States in the alert we received that this department is open until 10pm EST, it is well before 10pm EST.
Does anyone work in the webstore phone support department? Why are we being directed to phone the web store when no one in answering the phone? By the looks of the other posts here pertaining to the webstore, Telus has a pretty easily solvable problem. Do you want new customers or not?
Hoping someone gets back to me shortly if you want the business. If not, not even sure how to cancel the order as it looks like you have to phone to cancel?? what a joke.

Need webstore support assistance please. Been on hold on the phone close to 7 hours now. I even tried going into a physicalTelus store while still on hold and was told they cannot help me since it is a webstore order to upgrade my phone.
I just need someone I can get in touch with to provide the update that was requested: "his email is to advise you that we need to finalize a few details with you over the phone before we can ship your order. "

Hi JPNM - as an alternative you can visit a TELUS store with two pieces of ID and they will be able to help push the order along.
