I stupidly put vacation mode on before I left for holidays. Now I have no access to telus customer support to reactivate it.
I need to access my phone to transfer money via my bank. I'm stuck without any access to my bank or phone. Can anyone help with getting me in contact with a telus customer service agent. I can't call or message at all. There's nothing in the app I'm completely screwed anf the chat bot is useless as I have to speak with an agent
