Unlimited Picture Messaging Using Data. Will I still get charged?

I have the Lite 45 bundle or something along those lines and it includes unlimited picture messaging, but it is still eating up my data. Will I be charged for this?

Hi Robot-Fingers,

The actual count of the picture message is unlimited, in other words you can send as many picture messages you like, but the data consumed when sending/receiving a picture message or video message is counted toward your data plan.  You will get charged if your data plan has been exceeded.

I followed your link. It took me to a Pictues & video messaging page. If you read the small print near the bottom of the page it says

Data must be enabled to send and receive MMS, there are no associated data charges with MMS usage.

So I'm confused.
