Are calls from Mexico to Canada included in the unlimited Canada US Mexico plan? It is not listed as included in the plan but Mexico to US is.

Yep, it's all included. The website plan terms state: "Includes texts sent to a Canadian, U.S. or Mexican phone number while in Canada, the U.S., or Mexico, and texts received while in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Includes calls made from Canada, the U.S., and Mexico to Canadian, U.S. and Mexican numbers."
