URGENT Connectivity Issues in Montreal Rivière-des

I am writing here because i cannot hold of any technician from Telus. Please transmit this message to the decision maker. All the employees of our Ministry and the neighbors in the Factory workers we are having problems with connectivity. The signal on our cellphones, the security system, and the devices is very weak and inexistant. This situation is hidering our normal office work and exposing our safery because the security system is offline.

Please send a technician to diagnose and repair the towers broadcasting to the zone in MONTREAL RIVIERE DES PRAIRIES covering from east of A25 to the street of Rodolfe Forget. I am writing here because today i have visited the office of the deputy that is in that zone and they have the same problem. So on behalf of the RDP residents I volonteered to contact you but the online service and the telephone is not possible to wait so long and the chat is offline. PLEASE DO SOMETHING SEND THE TECHNICIAN FIX THE TOWERS AFTER THIS SNOWSTORM it is sure that the snow did something to your equipment.
