Timing of Roaming Packages

Just Moved In
Hello, For the U.S. Roaming Packages, I know they expire exactly 30 days from the time of purchase. Is it possible to find somewhere what the exact time of purchase was? Twice now, I've used data a couple of hours (still within the day) past the expiry "time" and racked up about $40 in data for being on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I thought I was within the time, but it turns out not. Could the date and exact time of expiry please be noted somewhere? Thank you.

Day 1 of 30 starts on the day that you purchase the pass, so you get 29 full days + the remainder of the initial purchase day. If you travel frequently, you can get a monthly recurring version of the US pass instead so every 30 days it'll auto renew and you'll always be covered.

Hello ttrofin, do you always travel 30 days in the U.S? You should know the time since you either did it online or on the phone. This feature cannot add itself on your account so the next time you use it, simply add a reminder in your phone's calendar.
