I do not have a problem right now...I did have a problem, I wanted to share it.
Last week or so, I could no longer send text message. I could sent iMessages but not text. I could receive both.
I tried rebooting the phone, turning off iMessage, but to no avail.
I was stuck on whether to call Telus or to go into the Apple Store, but I chose to call Telus first.
Although the calling tree into Telus was a bit annoying, I reached a very helpful tech based in Ramouski, Quebec. He said the software on my older SIM card had not updated, and that he did it manually. All fixed. Excellent service.
Just thought I'd post this as I can't be the only one whose SIM card would not update.
