Based on the limited information you have provided, yes. More information available here. If the phone is AT&T compatible, it should work on the Telus Network.  Have you looked at The Source stores?

The link below is going to have the most amount of information available. I would imagine it would work as I've never heard of any type of phone 4gb capable that's unlocked not working on the Telus network but, we can't guarantee anything 😞 Maybe when you're in the store purchasing it or once you have the device just run the imei through the link provided below to be certain! Almost every company on the planet has a 14 day return policy.

1) You'd be surprised how many 4G/LTE phones there are out there that are not compatible with Telus' LTE network. That includes anything with a Mediatek processor. There are over 40 LTE bands in use globally between the two types of LTE and Telus only supports 2 of those bands.

2) Considering the device is not availalbe for sale in Canada from any stores, the user will typically have to import it from the USA. If there's any problems, the cost to ship it back for refund will be quite high.

3) Checking the IMEI number does not work for all devices. Primarily for those imported from outside North America, like from Asia.

I'd never recommend buying a device without knowing for sure whether or not it will work on the network, especially if importing it.
