My wife and I have been customers for close to 20 years,
In March 2024, I signed a new two year agreement that included two 24-month equipment discounts for $5 and $10, valid through to March 2026. These discounts were removed in December 2024 without an agreement or discussion with us. I have now been on the phone for over an hour to get this resolved, first being told that only the $5 discount could be replaced and then told that a one-time payment could only be made, neither of which honour the contract I signed or the billing I have from November.
For anyone considering this company I suggest you look at any of the other competition available, this company has no regard for honesty, loyalty or customer service.
