I activated Stream+ Premium November 26 and wasn;t able to activate Disney+ and Amazon until I spent almost 4 hours on the phone with customer support. I have still not been able to activate Telus Films & Series as it errors out everytime whether on mobile, wired, wifi, or Optik TV box.
On mobile I get error "Login Failed Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later. (ERR_AGL ACN_3545)
On Desktop I just get a continuous login error.
Any tips and tricks to get this to work? Support please PM me if you have a fix.
