Roaming in Greece

I have roamed a the 400 texts 30$ discovery plan in Greece.
It was working fine till two days ago.
Now i receive texts some times not in real time but i cannot sent any neither make a phone call. I am fully connected to the COSMOTE network
I need to resolve this pronto

All the roaming package does is give you a discount on roaming fees, it does not change your ability to roam on a partner network. 

Have you restarted your phone?
