Oh that's a bad situation 😞 been there myself! I was unable to get them back on my Blackberry Z10 as I did not know you had to back up to sim card. The content may be gone forever. If anyone knows how to get these back it would be someone in this forum. The only thing I can say that may be helpful is if you don't need the content (which i'm sure you do) we keep the history of you texted, data and time. You could contact privacy@telus.com if it's more than 3 months ago. If it's less than 3 months ago it's available on your telus account login
