Hi this is call accidental roaming, it happens when subscribers stay or travel near country borders, there may be areas where neighboring country networks have stronger coverage, causing the handsets to accidentally roam to their networks.
We understand that now in day is really important to be able to communicate, since it can't be control we remove any charges you get in your invoice, we just need to aloud the bill to get process since when it comes to Roaming there is usually a delay.
