Price match not responding and scheduled callbacks not happening

What is happening, my price match request has been unanswered for 2 weeks now. And when trying to schedule even a call through regular call center I simply never received any call at the scheduled times.

If a Telus rep does not reply to this post all other customers should know Telus has no intention of solving any issues. 

I have been waiting almost a month for even a reply to my price match request after a bait and switch. I will leave Telus for a competitor if Telus does not honor its own policies.
