Poor network service

I have noticed the last while my network service will drop for some period of time where I can't send texts or go on the Internet.

I have turned my phone off and back on reset my network and cleared everything off my phone except contacts and still no improvements.

When surfing the net I get a white page that says can not connect with server and something about capacity issues.

I'm getting a bit upset as I'm paying for a service I can't use half the time and every time I call 611 I can never get through.

Ahhhhh please help

If you have another Telus phone, you can test your sim in it to determine if it's a network or device issue. If you have no issue on another phone, than the problem is with your device. If it still doesn't work with your sim in another phone, than it's probably network related. In that case, contact technical support at 1-866-558-2273 from another phone so they can troubleshoot while you're not on your cellphone. If you have a twitter account, you can also reach them @TELUSsupport.
