My sum was registered. It had been a few months sense I topped up. I can't figure out how to re register my son or whatever so I can top up. Help?

If it has been more than 90 days since your last top up expired, you will need to get a new SIM and phone number. If 90 days have not passed, the information here should put you on the right path.
