I placed an order online for a phone and a plan as a new customer and TELUS charged my card for the price of what I chose but it hasn't gone through yet, I'm just wondering how long it will take because I also never received any emails from TELUS confirming my order or if I was even approved or not.

Contact the webstore! You can email them telusorders@telus.com or call them at 1 866 488 2709 to double check on that. You would have gotten an email if all was well!
