Ever since a software update last year, my VoLTE toggle in settings/connections/mobile networks is now gone. Anyone else experience this? Telus told me to call Samsung and Samsung told me to call Telus......

Hello!
If VoLTE feature is provided by Telus, it means there is an issue with the software update with Samsung.
Did you try using Safe Mode, by any chance, and see if the toggle shows up?

Hello,
Yes I have tried to run in safe mode and still no VoLTE
Only calls on 4G and always in LTE service.
My VoLTE option/toggle button is completly gone and Note 20 Ultra definitely supports it.
Telus and Samsung can't decide who to blame 😂
