I am in Hong Kong for several days and I expect roaming is available as I checked the coverage map. However, i cannot connect to any providers here and it keeps having No service.
I tried restarting, resetting network and ask telus expert. I also checked with them the roaming partner and tried to connect manually but no luck.
Any idea what I can try?
Telus expert is so so so helpful and offer me technical support by calling back my number. As I told you I have NO SERVICE overseas, how you are able to call back to solve my problem? The support from telus is totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

Hi there, are you referring to having data roaming? Is roaming enabled on your device? Did you add Easy Roam to your account?
