No Service in the US

Once again I am in the US an unable to send or receive phone calls despite having the US-Canada Plan. I went to a Telus store in Vancouver and was told they could not resolve the issue in Canada and would have to wait until I was in the US. So here I am in the US without the ability to make or receive calls again.

I really need this resolved today. Please investigate and fix the issue.

What device are you using? Is your device compatible with the roaming partners network? Your device must be 4G compatible with VoLTE or 5G and VoNR compatible. Is doing turned on in your device settings?

There should be a data roaming setting under your Network Settings that needs to be toggled to on. That needs to be enabled to allow VoLTE and VoNR to work.

I’m a little surprised the folks in the Telus store who sell the phones don’t know this, or know how to resolve the issue.
