Hi,
I'm new to Telus and having the worst experience so far. I was assured by the sales person who opened my account that my SIM card would arrive at the end of last week. This was crucial to me as I am moving tomorrow.
Alas, no card ever came, and I was told by Twitter support to get an inactive card from a physical store. Fine. Except now that card isn't working, I am MOVING HOUSE tomorrow and I NEED A PHONE NUMBER. It's absolutely ridiculous that Telus doesn't have support after 7pm. If I can't get this sorted out URGENTLY I am going to switch to Rogers and fight Telus for every last cent of the services they've billed me for that I NEVER GOT TO USE.

Update: eventually got through to someone on customer service who was able to sort this out for me. The SIM card was defective and I was able to get an eSIM. Major shoutout to Brian.
