Need help accessing Visual Voicemail on Samsung S23 Ultra (US Unlocked fw)

I managed to get the APK off of a regular Canadian S21, but when I try to launch it on my S23 Ultra, I just get a flashing "Not Supported" error, and then nothing happens.

 

My S23 Ultra is running the U1 unlocked US firmware.

 

If anyone can help me figure out how to get it running, I would really appreciate it!

 

P.S. I already have the VVM service added to my account.

Hmm, that's something that you may need to speak directly with our Mobility tech support team about. They'll be able to confirm that you've got the correct VVM code on your account, which could be the issue. It's also possible that if the device itself isn't Canadian there may be a compatibility issue as well, but not entirely sure.
