My phone service is not working and am in US..
I paid the $140.00 on my bill yesterday after switching over my plan

Where in the USA are you? There are areas without coverage.
You may also need to ensure the International Calling add-on is live. it can be done through the 'My Account' option or by contacting Telus directly using the information in the 'Contact Us' section on the bottom of this page.

First step is turning phone off then back on. If that doesn't work, try changing the carrier in settings, mobile network or cellular for iPhones, and for example if you are on Verizon switch to AT&T.
