Hello Evgueni,

 

If you’re convinced it’s a hardware problem with the phone you want to look at your warranty options and/or having it sent out for repair. Try restarting the phone first though; that works a lot of the time. If there are still problems, try backing up your data and trying a factory reset. If it’s still not working it’s probably hardware.
