I recently received a text with an exclusive loyalty offer that offered to waive my existing device balance if I upgraded my device … then when I went my local store Telus refused to honour the offer. Anyone else have this issue? My suggestion would be to not trust anything Telus says.

I recieved a text with a loyalty offer to show appreciation 2 days after re signing a 2 yr contract with Telus.
Still have not recieved our credit and Telus customer service says they have no idea who sent message so they cannot honor it, transferred me around to 2 other departments and everybody is saying talk to someone else!!!!
Not happy with all this situation, they want to keep you as a customer but horrible customer service !!
