I totally agree with you guys. Telus should display the schedule of operation, not only with the "Chat-session, but by phone N' email. Tried today to use the e-mail, what I get was the famous. Error 403-Sorry this page is down.
But let's wait, have you seen the sign, we're building a new website, hope work better than the mobile App. So is just matter of time..believe that- ReadMe soon "v9"

This is definitely frustrating. Maybe you can submit an idea at telus.com/ideas @nickmartinblue Maybe they will change it. 🙂
