One cannot click Live Chat With Telus Support 

There is no obvious way to find out the operateing hours of this service, or if it is broken altogether.


I've used Live Chat before for help but I haven't figured out why it's there sometimes and not others. Perhaps the link show up only during the hours Live Chat is available and only on certain pages. I agree it would be helpful to post information about when and where it's available. It's way better than phoning for help.


I totally agree with you guys. Telus should display the schedule of operation, not only with the "Chat-session, but by phone N' email. Tried today to use the e-mail, what I get was the famous. Error 403-Sorry this page is down.

But let's wait, have you seen the sign, we're building a new website, hope work better than the mobile App. So is just matter of time..believe that- ReadMe soon  "v9"

@hippo, are the Live Chat hours the same as the telephone support hours?

@xray - Yes, the hours are the same for Live Chat support.


This is definitely frustrating. Maybe you can submit an idea at @nickmartinblue Maybe they will change it. 🙂
