Telus doesn't block incoming calls from the network end, but some phones do have this feature built into the software. Look for a "call restrict" setting or download a "call blocking/blacklist" app for your smartphone.

Another feature that Telus doesn't have compared to Rogers or Bell.. Go figure

Telus does have this feature and I've used it a few times. To block numbers can use "Call Screen" technology and block up to 12 unwanted callers. The caller will hear the message, "The party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time." Screened callers cannot leave messages on your machine, and your phone will not ring

Call screen is for landlines, not cell phones.

Depending on the phone you have.
Andriod,iphone, etc.
there are a number of diffrent apps out there for blocking numbers.
I know for andriod I Use Mr. Number,
then i realized on my S3 theres actually an option to make number
"Spam Numbers" So something to consider as well.
