What model of phone? iPhones have 'Find My iPhone' built in. Login to www.icloud.com to track.
Otherwise XL is correct, you should call and suspend service.

If it's in the house... I would just give it a call and see if it rings before the battery runs out.
If it's outside the house, just sign onto the tracking software site. Again, do this ASAP before the battery runs out.
You should notify TELUS immediately your IMEI number to disable the phone if it's stolen.

TELUS does not install tracking software on handsets.
Hopefully you have a phone compatible with iCloud.
As the others mentioned best to contact support ASAP so they can disable your account and cripple the phone;
