Did you purchase your device from Telus? Do you have VoLTE enabled on the device? Does your device have the compatible 3G bands to make calls over? Are your APN settings correct for data?
Non-Canadian device models and devices not purchased from Telus will not provision for features like VoLTE, VoNR, and WiFi Calling, leaving your device to rely on 3G connectivity where available to male calls.
