Outbound Calls to Voicemail That I Didn't Make
Hello,
I have a Telus Mobility account and I have a mobile plan with Telus, the Nationwide Talk and Text 15 plan that I pay for each month.
I'm noticing on the transactions tab on the website, multiple outbound calls to voicemail that I didn't make. Ten in total over the past month and a half. There was no fee with these calls. Under the detail column it shows "to Voicemail, 1min (local airtime @$0.00) client's location: location unknown" for each of these calls.
I'm not sure what is going on here. Is there some legitimate reason that these calls would show up here, even if I didn't make them? When I access voicemail myself, it shows my correct location instead of unknown, unknown.
I don't know if somebody has been accessing my voicemail who shouldn't be, so I have changed my voicemail password just to be safe.
What should I do here? Please help me with this.
