Can't make or receive calls
Hi, I really need someone's help. I can't make or receive any calls. Tried to contact Telus Support Team via Virtual Assistant, but it gave me a phone number to call for assistance, or registered me for a callback, which I, of course, can't receive. I tried all troubleshooting methods, nothing works. Please help!

I have the same problem, but I can only call personal numbers, not 1-800 or any toll-free numbers.
