I cannot view picture messages even when i type in my phone and password what do i do?

Sounds like you don't have network data. Not WiFi, but actual network data, as MMS (multimedia messages) require the Network data portal to be open and available. Try turning your WiFi off and test accessing data/browsing the web/ etc
