Frustrated Client... Time to Shop Around

I have seen a few of these posts already and I am now going to add another one.

 

We have been a Telus business user for 4+ years.  We have 4 lines with the account.  I just spent 45+ minutes on a chat with an agent.  Then the chat gets cut off, so the agent calls me to review and conclude business.

 

In our conversation, I told them we have 2 lines that are expiring with bring them back phones.  I wanted to explore the options.  They gave the breakdown of the line costs (I was happy with them), and then we started talking devices.

 

This is where it gets funny.  No seriously.  It is frustratingly funny to the point I am going to start shopping for my services to other providers.  

 

Telus Agent - We have a great deal for you.  for $XX/month you will have the 4 lines with 200GB of data.
Client - Ok, that is what I am paying now, so I am happy with no increase on the new 2 year contract.
Telus Agent - And I am going to send you 3 new Google Pixel 9 phones that are bring them back phones.
Client - As I mentioned, we are only interested in iPhones devices.

Telus Agent - Yes, but they are zero down, zero monthly cost devices and a retail value of $1100 each

Client - Not listening to me, I will have to pay the $XXX balance for my current bring them back phones to stay on iPhones.
Telus Agent - Yes, but I have a good deal on Google Pixel devices.
Client- Not interested in Google devices.
Telus Agent - But is a great deal.
Client - Sorry, but I am not intetested.  So, I am now going to take some time and look at other providers even if that means I buy the current iPhones and go somewhere else.

Telus Agent - Can I call you tomorrow morning to finalize these plans?

Client - No, I am....
Line gets cut off. No call back..  No chat history...  

 

I am pissed off and mad with the feeling of no respect from Client Services.
